The Trust and Trustworthiness Associate Facilitator Certification is designed for coaches, independent professional development instructors and in-house learning facilitators to effectively deliver Trusted Advisor Associates’ Trust Quotient (TQ) online self-assessment and introduce the Trust Equation with our Trust and Trustworthiness mini-workshop.

The Trust Quotient (TQ) is a diagnostic tool designed to assess individual trustworthiness. The TQ provides a comprehensive, individual report, with actionable tips and insight to improve trustworthiness and leverage existing strengths. For groups, an aggregate report is also available that provides deeper insights into the group’s trust-building style(s).

Trust and Trustworthiness is a structured, 2- to 3-hour mini-workshop – delivered in-person or virtually – by certified licensees as a standalone program or in conjunction with your own service offerings. Trust and Trustworthiness is centered on the Trust Equation, a core Trust in Business model. The mini-workshop addresses the benefits of trust, the Trust Equation, and interpreting the Trust Quotient.
